The LED’s on my XLR Sniffer/Sender are showing all red when plugged directly into each other. Is it broken?
There is a little-known feature of the XLR Sniffer/Sender which, when the battery is reversed, shows the LEDs in the opposite color. This can be useful when the green is difficult to see or red is a better color for the situation. Simply reverse the battery to get the desired color for reporting.
